Goals for July 2017

My Goals for July 2017 ~ Big and Small


Hi there lovelies! 

Happy Sunday to everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend and are excited to start fresh in a new week! Mondays, (and Sunday evenings, truthfully), make me think of new beginnings. We recently started a new month (I’m only a little late, heehee) and I am ready to set some new goals for myself! How about you all?


First and foremost, the obvious goals. I would like to continue on my never-ending road to health, happiness, and love (relationships and self-love, too!) I’m doing fairly well, but as with all things, there is room for improvement. 👍🏼

Here is a list of things I’d like to accomplish in the coming weeks:

  • go to the gym 3 times per week
  • practice yoga 3 times per week (alone or class)
  • play more video games (gotta have some fun!)
  • write every day (close enough but there are still some days I miss)
  • go to the fair (and eat massive amounts of horrible, delicious food, and ride lots of rides!)
  • take a walk around the block once per day (take different routes!)
  • redecorate the living room and family room (I recently re-did the bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom, and I’m excited to finish up the rest of the house!)
  • grill out more often (I love barbecue~)
  • go to the park 3 times (at least)
  • Start reading a new book (it’s been awhile!)
  • get 1200 followers on Instagram (if you’re reading this, see the sidebar for my Instagram and please follow ❤️ I’ll follow ya back!)
  • get 100 followers of this blog (share me! Tell your friends! And be sure to follow & subscribe! Help me reach the big three-digit landmark! 😊)
  • get 25 likes on Facebook (just like the Insta, see the sidebar for my AngelSpartaness Lifestyle Facebook page and leave me a like 😘)
  • Drink more water!!! (I haven’t been doing so great on my hydration lately… it’s time to change that! My skin and body will thank me.)


Well, there you have it! Those are my goals for July this year! Some are a little broad and some may be easier to reach than others, but I think I can do it! Wish me luck, and be sure to check back here often, as I’m adding new content constantly and updates on how things are going.👌🏼😘

      Thank you, Savannah! And you’re so right. I actually always feel amazing whenever I go to the gym, even if its only for like 45 mins-1 hr… Still feel accomplished and so much better! 🙂 xx

      Yes! It seems insurmountable at times, but once you accomplish even the smallest goal, you feel so great! So that’s my motivation 🙂 I do it all for me ❤ Thanks for your comment, Courtney xx
