Are you trying to lose weight or just live a more generally healthy lifestyle? Are you also pinching pennies together? Either way, I've got the list for you. When it comes to losing weight or eating healthier, we need to buy certain foods, because we are more likely to reach for those foods we have in stock, and thus, we are more likely to stick to our diets. Unfortunately, this is the part where a lot of us suffer, especially if money is tight or we are sticking to a tight grocery budget. What to buy? What to eat? Where to even start?
Regret is a very tough emotion to deal with. It's one of those negative feelings that makes you second guess every one of your decisions. At the end of the day, we have to trust ourselves in our choices and forgive ourselves for our mistakes. There's a huge difference between letting go and looking back. Here, I review the Cleansing Milk with Carnation & Rice Oil, Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs, and Rosewater, and the Glycolic Foaming Cleanser!

I can totally understand why people don’t like mornings, even though I don’t subscribe to that way of thinking anymore. If you work pretty much every day, or go to school, chances are that’s where you’re heading shortly after you wake up. It isn’t as pleasant as, say, waking up on Christmas morning, or the day you’re leaving for your tropical beach vacation. That may be why a lot of people hate dragging themselves out of bed in the morning, especially if it is any earlier than they are used to. I understand how it can sometimes be tough to not only acclimate to the earlier hours, but conquer them and thrive. If you dread mornings and navigate yours with a combination of zombie-like sluggishness and just enough energy to do only the bare minimum, but you want to become more of a morning person as soon as this coming Monday, then look no further
