I can totally understand why people don’t like mornings, even though I don’t subscribe to that way of thinking anymore. If you work pretty much every day, or go to school, chances are that’s where you’re heading shortly after you wake up. It isn’t as pleasant as, say, waking up on Christmas morning, or the day you’re leaving for your tropical beach vacation. That may be why a lot of people hate dragging themselves out of bed in the morning, especially if it is any earlier than they are used to. I understand how it can sometimes be tough to not only acclimate to the earlier hours, but conquer them and thrive. If you dread mornings and navigate yours with a combination of zombie-like sluggishness and just enough energy to do only the bare minimum, but you want to become more of a morning person as soon as this coming Monday, then look no further

Self-care has a different meaning for every individual. Hence, "SELF" care. Do whatever makes you feel good, you need and deserve it. For me, Self-care Sunday is a period of a few hours every Sunday evening that I spend on reflection, meditation, and deep grooming that I may not always have time for during the week. This is my guide to the perfect Self-care Sunday, and my Mondays would not be nearly as manageable (or tolerable) without it.
No matter how dreary, dark, and dull the day is, in spring, the sun can surprise us and fill us with motivation and hope.
How many steps should you have in your skincare routine? Depends on who you ask. Experts and individuals alike will probably tell you that despite there being a list of steps that are generally agreed-upon...the number of products you use on a daily or weekly basis is a personal thing that depends as much on your skin type as your willingness to use a product as often as you should. Here I detail my nightly routine, (as well as spotlighting a few steps I take only once or twice a week), and outline the products I use, how I use them, and why I use so much.
