I'd say I probably maintain about a 50% plant-based diet. Eating more lean, ethically-sourced meat and animal products helps me feel better, mentally and physically. Despite that, here are some of the pretty simple reasons why I'll never commit to a fully vegan lifestyle.
Getting enough sleep--or not--and the quality of that sleep, is a constant conversation in this day and age. Training my body to wake naturally and discarding my need for an alarm was one of the best self-care goals I ever achieved. I urge you to do the same, if you haven't already, here's why.
